Practice Philosophy:
I strive to increase awareness of the prevalence of chronic kidney disease, especially among the elderly. I believe it is important to engage and collaborate with other health care providers in an effort to optimize care of patients with chronic kidney disease.
Clinical Interests:
Vascular access, chronic kidney disease in the elderly, infections in patients with CKD, diabetic nephrology. Dr. Yahya is UNOS certified for kidney transplantation.
