Paul Niezgoda, MD joins Gastroenterology Team at Geisinger Wyoming Valley
WILKES-BARRE— Paul E. Niezgoda, MD, a gastroenterologist in Wilkes-Barre for 25 years, has joined the gastroenterology team at Geisinger Wyoming Valley. His office is located in the Gastroenterology Department at the Valley Medical Building, adjacent to Geisinger Wyoming Valley, at 1000 East Mountain Boulevard, Plains Township. He joins gastroenterologists David Schaefer, MD, Martha Ghosh, MD, and Radhakrishna R.Kalakuntla , MD.
Dr. Niezgoda is a graduate of Wilkes College, Wilkes-Barre, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in biology. He received his Medical Degree from Hershey Medical School-Pennsylvania State University and completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville. Dr. Niezgoda completed a fellowship in gastroenterology at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh.
Dr. Niezgoda is board certified in internal medicine, gastroenterology and medical examination. He joins Geisinger Wyoming Valley from Gastroenterology Specialists, Inc. in Kingston.
