Levelle D. Bigatel, MD joins Geisinger Medical Group in Mt. Pocono

MT. POCONO –Levelle D. Bigatel, MD, board certified in family medicine, has joined Geisinger Medical Group in Mt Pocono. 

Dr. Bigatel earned her medical degree at the University of Miami School of Medicine, Miami. FL.  She completed a residency in family medicine at Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, GA.

A diplomat with the American Board of Family Medicine, Dr. Bigatel is also a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Pennsylvania Academy of Family Physicians, the Pennsylvania Medical Society and the Monroe County Medical Society. 

In addition to family medicine, Dr. Bigatel has a special clinical interest in preventive medicine, travel medicine and women’s health. 

Prior to joining Geisinger, Dr. Bigatel practiced in the Stroudsburg area. She joins Timothy Brown, MD, and Matthew Kozma, MD, in the family medicine department at Geisinger Medical Group—Mt. Pocono, 21 Commerce Court, Mt. Pocono. Dr. Bigatel is welcoming former and new patients at her new location.
