Geisinger to present free nutrition seminar

WILKES-BARRE- A free seminar on nutrition and reading food labels will be presented on Thursday, August 23 at noon at The Kistler Learning Center at Geisinger Wyoming Valley, 1000 East Mountain Blvd., Wilkes-Barre.

Reading food labels can be very confusing. Join Geisinger Wyoming Valley dietitan, Jennifer Powers, RD, LDN, as she discusses how to read food labels and make healthy food choices. This event is perfect timing for parents and guardians who will be making back-to-school lunches, healthy snacks and quick dinners.
