Geisinger sports medicine doctor serving stint as US team physician
DANVILLE – Geisinger sports medicine doctor Glen Feltham, MD assisted the U.S. Under-20 Women’s National Soccer Team at the recent Four Nations Tournament in Le Serena, Chili.
Dr. Feltham, a board-certified orthopedic surgeon, will assist the same team at the Confederation of North, Central American and Caribbean Association Football World Championship Qualifying Tournament in July. He’ll return to Chili in November for the FIFA U20 women’s world championship tournament and will continue to assist the team in domestic games.
For the last three years, Dr. Feltham has served as a team physician with the United States Soccer Federation National Team Program, where he assists various men’s and women’s soccer teams, and their staffs, during domestic and international games.
Dr. Feltham practices orthopedics at Geisinger Medical Center Orthopedics – Woodbine and Geisinger Medical Group – Lycoming.
