GWV trainers cover UNICO Classic
Nov. 25, 2009, WILKES-BARRE - For the eighth consecutive year, Geisinger Wyoming Valley athletic trainers volunteered their services covering the 59th Annual UNICO All-Star Football Classic. The game was held on Wednesday 11/25/09 at Wilkes-Barre Memorial Stadium and pitted the top senior football players representing all teams from the Wyoming Valley Conference. The game was won by the West squad by a score of 7-0.
UNICO is the largest Italian-American service organization in the nation. Its civic minded charitable works has raised millions of dollars for numerous charities since it's inception in 1922.
