Brian Jacobs, D.O., joins Geisinger-Gray's Woods

Oct. 28, 2009, STATE COLLEGE –Brian Jacobs, D.O., recently joined the Family Medicine Department at Geisinger-Gray’s Woods, 132 Abigail Lane, Port Matilda, PA.

Dr. Jacobs received his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Philadelphia, Pa. He completed his residency in family medicine at Mayo Graduate School of Medicine, Rochester, Minn., where he served as chief resident.  Prior to joining Geisinger, Dr. Jacobs practiced family medicine at Pine Island Clinic, Olmsted Medical Center, Rochester, Minn.

He joins Mary Callahan, M.D.; Sharon O’Brien, D.O.; Edward Prince, M.D.; Hugh Taylor, M.D.; and Leigh Wheeler, M.D., in the family medicine department at Geisinger-Gray’s Woods.  He is board-certified in family medicine.
