About us
Geisinger-Gray's Woods, a multi-specialty clinic located on 52 acres off the I-99 interchange in Patton Township, opened Aug. 5, 2008.
The large outpatient facility offers primary and specialty care, and ancillary services for the Centre County area. The new building includes 70 exam rooms, 16 procedure rooms, an expanded imaging center, laboratory services and an on-site pharmacy.
Primary care services include OB/GYN, pediatrics and family medicine. Specialty services include cardiology, urology and ophthalmology.

Directions
From Altoona/Tyrone/Philipsburg:
Take I-99 North to end at Skytop area. Follow 220N/322E to the Gray's Woods exit. Clinic is on the right.
From State College and Bellefonte:
Take 220S/322W (Bypass) through State College area. Take the Gray's Woods exit 68 (exits to the left). Follow the exit ramp, and at stop sign, go straight to Gray's Woods exit. Clinic is on the right.
From Lewistown:
Take 322 West to State College. Follow signs to Philipsburg, merging onto 220S/322W (Bypass) through State College area. Take the Gray's Woods exit 68 (exits to the left). Follow the exit ramp, and at stop sign, go straight to Gray's Woods exit. Clinic is on the right.
From Lock Haven:
Take I-80 West to Bellefonte exit (Exit 161). At end of exit ramp, turn left. Follow 220S/322W (Bypass) through State College area. Take the Gray's Woods exit 68 (exits to the left). Follow the exit ramp, and at stop sign, go straight to Gray's Woods exit. Clinic is on the right.
