Directions

Take Route 81 to Exit 170B. This becomes the Cross Valley Expressway (or Route 309). Take this to Exit 3, Plains. As you come off the exit ramp, stay in the center lane to South River Street. Turn right onto River Street. When you pass Bakery Delight and the Amoco Gas Station on the left, look for 220 South River Street, The Cross Valley Medical Building, a two-story tan building behind the Adult Day Care Center. Come in the front door and take the elevator to the second floor. Our office will be in front of you to the left, Suite 204.
