At Geisinger-Lewisburg, our physicians provide excellent, innovative healthcare for our rapidly growing community. We even offer evening and weekend hours, and accept walk-in appointments, too.

When you need help managing a chronic, complex, or newly diagnosed medical condition, turn to Geisinger's ProvenHealth Navigator program.

Our ProvenHealth Navigator program is a free program designed to enhance the care of Geisinger Gold members, and reduce hospitalizations and trips to the emergency room. A ProvenHealth Navigator nurse case manager will be assigned to you, and can coordinate all of your care, develop a care plan specifically for you, review your medications, make sure you get all the necessary check-ups and screenings recommended for your age and connect you with community resources, if needed.
